Really digging the latest from Patrick Wolf, “Time of My Life.” It’s been a minute since we’ve heard anything new from Mr. Wolf (2009’s The Bachelor, if we want to get all specific and whatnot) and I for one am very excited about his upcoming album. Lamentably, it won’t be out until May 2011. But, in the mean time, check out the aforementioned single below:
I LOVE Ratatat (I know what you’re thinking: could this chick be anymore hipster… I’m really not, I swear. *Puts on Oakley Frogskins and stomps her Spedagos in protest*). Anyway, I love Ratatat, the guys’ make some pretty sweeeeet beats, they’re fairly funny to look at and the videos are always strange and amusing. Check out the latest, “Neckbrace”, directed by E*VAX.
Cee-Lo Green’s The Lady Killer is out! Woooo! If you couldn’t tell by now, I’m LOVING this album. (And I really just want to go and give Cee-Lo a cuddle.) Here’s the full video for “Bright Lights, Bigger City”.
Here’s the latest – and something different - from Mike Skinner aka The Streets which I find rather cute. Check out the video for “San Frandemonium” which follows Skinner on a trip from (I’m assuming) good ol’ England to San Francisco. It’s rather simple, but as I said, cute. Mandy digs.
THIS IS THE GREATEST THING I’VE SEEN SINCE THE “SWANG” VIDEO. To quote the ever eloquent Rachel Zoe “I’m not only dying, but I’m, like, already dead.” This is honestly amazing and you all must watch 15 year old kid Keenan Cahill lip-synch “Down On Me” with special guest star 50 Cent:

Ellie Goulding does a quite simple and pretty cover of “Your Song” which will be on Bright Lights, out November 29. Check out the video for it here (which features it’s own adorbs key board kitty!):
That’s it for this week, kids.
Hope you all have a great weekend!
