Hailing from Glasgow Scotland, 4-piece Alternative Rock Outfit Twin Atlantic made quite a splash at this year’s Bamboozled Festival. The boys got the Aquarium Stage rocking as they murdered the mid-day 2:15 slot. The band, who have steadily gained momentum since the release of their debut album Vivarium, delighted the crowd with their Pop/Punk [somewhere between Green Day and Nirvana] brand of Scottish brogue rock.
Ross McNae’s Solid Bass lines glued together the thundering drums and crunching guitars while front man Sam McTrusty’s Scottish accent kept the crowd on their toes. Formed in 2007, this Red Bull Records act recently opened for Scottish rock trio Biffy Cliro and supported Billy Corgan and the Smashing Pumpkins at Glasgow’s SECC in February of 2009.
