NIGHTLIFE Los Angeles > Hollywood > STK
November 23, 2009 - 4:34 pm
Located adjacent to West Hollywood, between Melrose & Sunset Blvd., STK is a new style steakhouse. The bustling bar scene is the centerpiece, the menu is inspired, the DJ creates the sexy vibe, and the atmosphere is relaxed. STK brings new life to one of the most energetic areas of Los Angeles, breaking down the barriers of a normal steakhouse by losing the overly masculine vibe that has long been the trademark of its genre. Maintaining the quality of a traditional steakhouse and simultaneously reinventing the ambience, clientele and atmosphere, STK introduces the Steakhouse to a young sexy market. Spanning two floors, STK is also home to L.A.'s newest lounge, Coco de Ville. The style behind the STK dining experience is described as "casual elegant" and the food is always delectable, innovative, and top-notch. The name-play on words can't help but intrigue you: "STK, no need to buy a vowel."
