FACT: Last month Japan exported more than 2.4 million metric tons of various metals to more than 60 countries. Now this is just a carney guess, but it appears that 825lbs of that metal was in the form of the electronica alt metal band FACT, which just left the stage.

This five piece band from “The Land of the Rising Sun” has graced our shores to promote their upcoming self tilted debut album. It’s titled, FACT, in case I lost you. It was produced by none other than Michael “Elvis” Baskette  of Incubus, Saliva fame and judging by the performance I just observed, I believe it shalt be just as impressive.

I’m no Betty Crocker myself, but I do think that a nation usually known for it’s sushi has come up with their own version of American Pie.
Just take:
1 part Polysics
1 part  Filthy Dukes
1 part early 80’s Slayer
Mix together in small crowded tent awash in a sea of black shirt clad rockers with generous amounts of free beer.  Add a drop of broken English. Place on stage amidst speaker stacks the size of Delaware for about 45mins @ 95 degrees and let rock. Next thing you know, Bing, and you will have you own pretty damned good show.
